- grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
- extra virgin olive oil
- fresh lemon juice
- cloves of garlic, minced
- purple onion, sliced thin
- cracked black pepper
- parmesan cheese (shredded for serving)

How to Make a Tomato Salad Recipe
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, olives, lemon juice, pepper, garlic, and onions in an airtight container. Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate overnight, or for at least 8 hours if possible.
Marinated Olive and Grape Tomato Salad
Before serving, top with shredded parmesan cheese and serve.

Ingredients
- 2 10oz olives Spanish Queen Olives
- 1 pint grape tomatoes sliced in half
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small purple onion sliced thin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese shredded
Instructions
Combine tomatoes, olives, lemon juice, pepper, garlic, and onions in a medium sized airtight container.
Allow marinating in the refrigerator overnight if this is an option.
Top with shredded parmesan cheese before serving.
